A Scientific Journal for Strongmen

Here is a scientific journal that I think those of you who participate in strength training will find useful:

The article is titled The mechanisms of muscle hypertrophy and their application to resistance training  and describes the biological factors contributing the hypertrophy (getting your muscles larger, hopefully subsequently stronger.)
